At WellNatura, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your product, we are here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers in the USA are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be deducted from your refund.
- You will need to arrange and pay for shipping directly to the address we provide during the return process.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at info@wellnatura.co, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
