WellNatura Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days of receiving the order, without providing any reason. Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled if the package is returned to us. Once the package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping company, and we must first receive the package back from you in order to process a refund.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the standard, least expensive method offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund will be processed using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this is caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
